In some instances, we can work with your EMR vendor to have custom reports created that can give you a better idea of your practice bottom line. We can show you reports you should be monitoring and reviewing. This is especially helpful for new practitioners. Charge Capture We can review medical records and reconcile them to your superbills or charge slips to make sure that you are capturing all charges. Additionally, we can provide entry of charges from paper super bills to your EMR system.

We can provide front end claim review which includes corrections of front end claim edits.

Once charges are reviewed and released to the clearinghouse, we can reconcile on a daily basis that the claims did make it to the clearinghouse via EDI reports and follow up with clearinghouse.

Payment Posting We can post both electronic and paper remittance advice notifications into your EMR system. We can also assist you in setting up a reconcile process to validate payment is in your bank account prior to posting. Work Claim Denials and Appeals We can work all claims that are denied by providing the additional information that is being requested or working through appeals process. Productivity and Flow Analysis We can provide analysis on productivity and work flow issues as seen by denial trends and reporting. We can also observe work flow and provide solutions to help improve productivity and patient flow.

We can provide remote billing staff to assist with the revenue cycle. We can interview, train, and supervise remote staff for a temporary or permanent solution.

We can provide training of any and all administrative jobs within your practice via Webex or on-site.

We can provide paper to electronic and old electronic to new electronic EMR implementations. This solution is labor intensive and requires many hours on data dumps, data conversion, data validation and possible scanning.
